# Tickets endpoints (Client API: account)

Paths, methods, permissions and rate limits come from the route file. Summaries, parameters and response codes come from the OpenAPI annotations on the controllers; endpoints without annotations show only what the route file declares.

### GET `/api/user/tickets`

**Get user tickets** Retrieve all tickets created by the authenticated user with pagination and optional filtering.

**Create ticket** Create a new support ticket with optional server link and attachments.

**Get user servers** Retrieve all servers owned by the user for ticket linking.

**Upload attachment** Upload an attachment file for a ticket or message.

**Delete a ticket message** Delete a message from a ticket. Users can only delete their own messages.
