Tickets and knowledge base
Get help through FeatherPanel. Open support tickets with a category, priority, related server and files, follow replies, and read the knowledge base.
On this page
Your host decides whether tickets and the knowledge base are turned on. The admin side is described in Support and knowledge base.
Opening a ticket
Support Tickets in the dashboard lists your tickets with status, category and a NEW badge for unread replies. Click Create Ticket and fill in:
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Title | A short summary. |
| Category, Priority | Lists set by your host. |
| Description | What happened and what you tried. |
| Related Server | Optional. Lets staff jump to the server. |
| Attachments | Optional, up to 50 MB per file. Logs and screenshots help. |
For console problems, use Upload Logs on the console and paste the link into the ticket.
Following a ticket
The ticket page shows the original request, the conversation and the details (status, priority, category, server, ID). Reply with text and files. Your profile’s ticket signature is added to each reply, see Account. When a ticket is closed you can no longer reply.
Knowledge base
The Knowledge Base groups your host’s articles by category. Hosts can make it public so it can be read without signing in.
AI assistant
If your host turned on the AI agent, a chat button opens an assistant. It can answer questions and act on your servers within your own permissions, for example power actions, files and backups. Your host picks its name and avatar and the AI provider. See AI agent.
Frequently asked questions
